GENAHTO (Partner Research)

Study of the harmful effects of alcoholism of problem drinkers, as well as their microsocial environment.

The Foundation has developed and hosted an electronic survey questionnaire "GENAHTO" on its own server.

The study is conducted by the Institute of Neurology, Psychiatry and Addiction of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine and is part of the international project "GENAHTO" (Gender, Alcohol, and Harms to Others - Gender), which involves more than thirty countries. The study aims to study the attitude to alcohol of 3 groups of people, namely:

1) people who have developed their own health problems as a result of alcohol consumption ("problem drinkers");

2) people who themselves do not have alcohol problems, but are members of the family of "problem drinkers" (included in their microsocial environment);

3) people who have neither their own alcohol problems nor relatives with such problems (but who, nevertheless, may feel discomfort from the use of alcohol by other people: neighbors, co-workers or strangers).

The questionnaire can be downloaded at: https://survey.intellectfound.org/index.php/692178

We invite you to take the survey, we would be grateful for the distribution of this link.
